Happy Valentines Day!

Well hello again….

So we are now in February, its crazy how time flies! I get to see so many of my furry friends grow so fast. They went from greeting me by jumping on me to now simply sitting and giving me their paw! Lindsey from Lindsey's waggin' tails has done such an amazing job with them. Thank you all for contacting her (those who did) It’s my pleasure to help any way I can with your loved ones.

So February is supposed to be a month of love and appreciation, everyone rushes to the flower shop or buys chocolates for their significant other with a plush bear and a well written card. But this month I have decided to keep it simple with my boyfriend and have chosen to reach out to my four legged friends. I have been looking up healthy and very tasteful recipes to make not only for my pets but to hand out to clients as well. I figure its my way of saying “I wuff you too”

Lets switch it up this year. Show some “wuff” back everyone

P.S. Oreo and Peewee love that I'm doing this because they get to try each batch and so far they are my toughest critics!!!

Winner this month: Peanut butter bisquits

Ingredients:

2 cups 100% whole wheat flower

1 cup of peanut butter

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp. baking powder

Directions: preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in medium to large mixing bowl, add peanut butter and almond milkand mix until dough forms. Roll out the dough on parchment paper (floured surface works just as well) into 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes. Place dog treats on a cookie sheet which I lined with parchment paper as well. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
